AGENCY EXECUTIVE
Kathleen M. Delia is a licensed title insurance agent with over 15 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. In addition, she is a certified Paralegal and a bonded notary public.  Kathy serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Corporate Secretary and maintains agency standards and underwriter compliance.  She is also our supervising closing agent and the administrator of our current Affiliated Business Arrangements.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & SCHEDULING
Kathy Delia and Bill Burke handle the day-to-day phone traffic and scheduling. They oversee the the conveyancing and title commitment preparation, along with personally handling closings. They are dedicated employees with hands on every order, working to get you to the closing table on time and with minimum problems. If you have any quesitons about your order or processing your title work, they will get an answer for you. Post closing questions, if any, are also welcomed and handled with professional care and experience.

CONVEYANCING
Bill Burke heads up our conveyancing department with one goal in mind, to "clear title concerns from our clients." As Chief conveyancer, Bill reviews title searches, identifies issues of concern and prepares and processes our Title Commitments. He obtains and reviews all title exceptions of record as required and is our chief liaison to our legal consultant.

ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
Rachel Emmons, an honor student completing her double major in finance and MIT. She handles our audit reviews, financial arrangements and record keeping compliance duties. She has grown up in the real estate and title business working with her father, Greg B. Emmons, Esquire, since a young age.

LEGAL CONSULTANT
Greg B. Emmons, Esquire is one of our approved attorneys and our in-house legal consultant.  He is the author of the book Pennsylvania Real Estate Brokerage Law and Practice, published by George T. Bisel Company, and is regularly published with articles concerning a variety of real estate topics including title insurance law and practice.  As a certified real estate instructor and college professor, he has instructed hundreds of real estate professionals in licensing and continuing education courses. Mr. Emmons has personally handled numerous real estate matters in federal and state courts as well as with administrative agencies and often serves as an expert witness. He is available to assist our agency and its customers with review of technical title issues and provide answers along with suggested solutions.
